This Privacy Policy explains how Interact Labs ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use our websites, chatbots, custom software, WhatsApp Business integrations, web applications, enterprise portals, AI automations and other services.

• Contact details you provide through forms, email or WhatsApp (name, email, phone, company, country, project type).
• Conversation content exchanged with our demo chatbots or with chatbots we operate on your behalf, used to generate replies and improve service quality.
• Project data you share with us during custom software, AI automation or enterprise portal engagements, including documents, exports and access credentials you choose to provide.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and deliver requested services.
• To design, build, operate and maintain custom software, AI automations, websites and portals on your behalf.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and products.
• To send service-related communications. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages and we comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta Platform messaging policies.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted processors (cloud hosting, analytics, AI model providers, messaging gateways such as WhatsApp Business API providers) under confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, the duration of our engagement, or as required by applicable regulations.
